Privacy Policy for Appleseeds Solutions Software House
Whenever the name "Software House" is mentioned, it refers to "Appleseeds Solutions"
The provisions in this policy document shall apply to all your interactions with the Software House and to any information you provide to the Software House
The Software House places great importance on your privacy and makes efforts to protect and safeguard all information you provide
You are not required to provide information to the Software House. Any information you provide to the Software House will be provided at your own free will and will be stored in the Software House's databases. Providing information constitutes your explicit consent for its storage by the Software House and its use according to the Software House's policy. The use of information will be solely for the purposes for which it was provided to the Software House
The information you provide to the Software House and stored by the Software House includes: first name, last name, position, and email. In any case where the Software House stores additional details - this will be explicitly stated
If you wish to discuss your information held by the Software House with a representative, if you feel your privacy has been compromised, or if you believe there is room for improvement, we would be happy to talk. If you previously agreed for the Software House to hold information about you and have changed your mind, or if you wish to correct the information you provided - no problem! You can contact the Software House using the details at the bottom of this document, and the Software House will correct or delete the information as per your request
Any information about you will be used by the Software House only for the following purposes:

7.2. Providing updates about activities and events organized by the Software House or related entities in Israel or abroad
7.3. Managing and raising donations
7.4. Sending updates regarding the activities of the Software House and related entities, including donation-related updates. You can request removal at any time via written notice to the Software House using the details at the end of this document or through a dedicated "Unsubscribe" link in the communication, at your choice
You may have the opportunity, either through this website or otherwise, to provide the Software House with your name, address, various details about yourself, your areas of interest, your reason for interest in the Software House, details related to your support of our projects, and more. If you provide such information, it will be stored by the Software House and may also be accessible to entities associated with the Software House abroad (funds, federations, etc.). These entities work to promote our organization's goals but are separate legal entities from the Software House. Declaration regarding GDPR and foreign privacy protection laws - The State of Israel has been recognized by the European Union since 2011 as a country with adequate privacy protection for personal information transferred to it from the European Union. Therefore, the transfer of personal information to the State of Israel is permitted in accordance with GDPR regulations. Regarding privacy protection, the Software House operates according to the laws of the State of Israel only. Any engagement with the Software House and/or browsing the website is subject to the laws of the State of Israel only. However, if and to the extent that foreign privacy protection laws apply to certain activities of the Software House, the Software House will respect the provisions of foreign law regarding said activity. In the case of activities in Israel and/or regarding entities in Israel and/or in case of dispute regarding whether Israeli law or foreign law shall apply - Israeli law shall apply exclusively
